What happens during semi private personal training sessions?
Semi private personal training sessions incorporate strength, conditioning and power exercises. With this combination, our clients participate in a well-rounded workout that includes a focus on building strength, endurance, agility and more. Workouts are fast paced and keep you moving. Clients that may have per-existing injuries or that may be limited in movement can work with our personal trainer, Tim, to find alternative exercises to achieve the same results.
Tim Allegretti, Chicago personal trainer, develops and leads each semi private training session. Being in the personal training industry for over 20 years, Tim has developed a program that makes the best use out of your time by maximizing your workout.
Tim’s personal training sessions typically follow a flow. One week the workouts may focus on developing strength while the following week will focus on developing power or conditioning. With Tim’s sharp knowledge on how muscles work, workouts will also focus on different movements to ensure that all workouts are balanced
